Responsibilities: 1. Ensure customer orders are processed and tracked in a timely and accurate manner. 2. Timely communicate and closely follow up customers payment schedule and delivery schedules, continuously self-driving to improve work efficiency. 3. Collaborate with shipping teams to schedule deliveries to ensure timely completion, actively engage and resolve delivery issues if any. 4. Collaborate with internal departments to expedite some urgent products demands to ensure customer satisfaction. 5. Support internal departments to collect and prepare sales orders data or report. 6. Others task assigned, be willing to support each other among team members.
Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree. 2. 3+ years of work experience in overseas sales orders management. 3. Active and good working attitude, teamwork sense. 4. Good knowledge of excel formula processing, ERP operations. 5. Ability to handle multi tasks with accuracy and timely. 6. English can be used as a working language(both written and oral).
