1. Assist Japanese sales team and China sales team with spec. in activities.
2. Prepare various application forms relate to the above.
3. Work with different departments within the group to collect necessary documents to support the above.
4. Ensure samples and documents to be effectively accomplished by the related department.
5. Ensure proper signatures to be effectively endorsed on documents.
6. Work with different departments within the group to collect information to answer enquiries from Japanese customers.
7. Assist sales with cost analyzing.
8. Liaise with related departments to evaluate/eliminate errors & discrepancies on cost.
9. Assist sales with value engineering proposal.
10. Assist sales to obtain drawings and certificates from databases.
11. Assist on any administrative requirements associated with sales.
12. Work with marketing and sales team to coordinate any ECN issue relates to Japanese customers.
13. Prepare monthly and weekly sales reports.
14. Ensure effective communications between factory and the team.

1. Fluent in Japanese (in all aspects---Speaking,Listening,Writing and Reading).
2. Good in English reading and writing.
3. 1 years of relevant work experience.
4. Great knowledge of Excel, MS Word.
5. Excellent polite and persuasive communication skills.
6. Passionate, hard worker & well organized professional with power to prioritize and multitask.
7. Good liaison with all other department members.
8. Able to work in team & willing to put up to team.
