REQUIREMENTS Education & background: 教育&工作背景： 61 Initial and Complementary Training: Higher education (4years) in Quality, Engineering or Industrial Management. 在质量、 工程或工业管理专业接受过4 年的高等教育。 61 At least 5 years of work experience: at 150 to 500 employees in the enterprise as a quality safety environment Manager or Deputy Manager position. 至少5年工作经验：在150至500员工规模企业中担任质量安全环境部经理或副经理职位。 61 Participate in product certification or related experience. 有参与或进行产品认证的相关经验。
Knowledge, skills, and abilities required: 知识、技术和能力要求： 61 Familiar with quality management tool (SPC, capability, 5W1H, 4M, 5Why,AMDEC, etc). 熟练掌握质量管理工具（SPC、capability、5W1H、4M、5Why、AMDEC等等）。 61 Familiar with 8D report. 熟练制作8D报告。 61 With ISO 9001, ISO14001 and/or specification OHSAS 18001 certification qualifications.具备ISO 9001, ISO14001 和/或 OHSAS 18001认证规范资格。 61 English speaking.英语可作为工作语言使用。
