Roles and Responsibilities:
1.Research and execute comprehensive automated testing strategies(DFT) related to compliance, safety, reliability and product specifications
2.Create of Automated Test Equipment
3.Evaluation, development and debug of test methods
4.Responsible for ensuring the testability and manufacturability of integrated circuits and FG Products.
5.Creates and tests validation and production test hardware solutions
Qualifications:
1.3 years experience in Automated Testing Equipment(ATE)
2.Labview/C#/VB programming development ability
3.Have the knowledge of audio test development knowledge
4.Familiar with factory test processes
