1. Purpose of the Position
Design product literatures, such as Assembling Instruction, User Manual, Product Specification for user, Labels or Stickers or printing on products or on packaging.

2. Job Scope and Responsibilities
1) Literature design for New Product.
2) Product installation: To complete the assembling instruction documents correctly and effectively, this position needs to take part in prototype assembling, Back build assembling and or FAI assembling.
3) Communication and project management. Keep close communication with partners in US team, and project team members in China team to for NPD projects and support on maintains products on mass production. Provide deliverables in time and management tasks or activities in appropriate time manner.
4) Other designated responsibilities by manager.

3. Requirements:
85 Education : Polytechnic school or College degree. Bachelor’s degree will be a good plus, no specified major request, but any major on mechanic or material will be a good plus.
85 Language 语言: Read and write English freely, oral speaking will be a good plus.
85 Specific Experiences :
1) Skillful on using Solidworks or Composer to make vector diagram, and skillful on edit the graphics and texts by some Adobe software.
2) Having some experiences on making products like Domestic Appliance, Furniture, Outdoor appliances.
85 Working experience : 5 years’ experience on Literature design.
1) Any experience on Grills, Domestic Appliance or Furniture industry would be a good plus.
2) It is a good plus if the candidate understands fundamental theory of metal manufacturing processed like machining, die-casting, extruding, sheet metal stamping, finishing.
85 Traveling : Be able to travel to the factories or its sub-factories which producing BYD products. Traveling frequency is around 1/5 of working time during hot season but it highly pending to the situation of the on-going production.
