Main Responsibilities: 1. Market developing for HVAC and Industrial pumps products in China market. 2. China Market survey for BIC products, find related target markets, and make market strategy. 3. Coordinate with the Engineering team in following up on the new products development. 4. Plan and organize the company's industry exhibition activities. 5. Manage sales orders and customer service works. 6. Assist the GM in product cost analysis and pricing. 7. Sales channel management, such as maintain e-commerce platforms like Amazon and 1688. 8. Other sales-related work assigned by GM.
Qualification & Requirement: 1. Bachelor's degree or above, major in engineering, marketing field or related background. More than 5 years of work experience in marketing and related fields, with at least 3 years of sales marketing works management experience. 2. Experience in developing new markets and familiarity with domestic/international sales processes. 3. Good understanding of project management/product application/product design; Quick learning ability to learn new products knowledge. 4. Mature and excellent communication skills, good interpersonal skills, and strong teamwork spirit. 5. Good leadership skills, strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. 6. Excellent written and oral English; Proficient in using Windows Office software. 7. Work experience in European and American companies is preferred. 8. Integrity, honesty, and good professional ethics. 9. Willing to travel and work under pressure with challenges.
