Role Purpose: - Coordinate and lead project managers and teams to ensure efficiency and quality. - Make strategic decisions and provide leadership and direction for the project. - Oversee project implementation, financial and administrative oversight, reporting, and monitoring and evaluation.
Primary Responsibilities: - Develop and monitor project timelines, budgets, and milestones. - Liaise with stakeholders, and executives to report on project progress and issues. - Review and approve or deny project proposals and changes. Create and implement backup plans and contingency measures.
Secondary Responsibilities: - Serve as a subject matter expert on project management and provide guidance to other teams. - Implement project management tools to manage project schedule, budget and deliverable. - Train project manager and stakeholder to use project management tools.
Qualifications - Mindset with Passion, Edge, Energy, Energetic, Execute. - A bachelor's degree, familiar in project management, or a related field is typically required. - Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills to identify root causes, develop effective solutions, and drive continuous improvement. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate cross-functionally.
Experience and Background - More than 10 years of experience in Project management, more than 5 years of experience in Project Leader . - Hands-on experience implementing project management tool. - Proven ability in measuring project performance using appropriate tools, systems, and techniques. - Leadership and team management capabilities.
