Job Summary
The ERP IT Senior Specialist - Finance will be responsible for the overall management and enhancement of our ERP system's finance modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, and Financial Reporting. This role requires a deep understanding of both ERP technology and finance processes to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance of financial operations within the organization.
Location - Based in Zhongshan, China.


Main Responsibilities
61 Lead the implementation and upgrade projects for ERP finance modules, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption to business operations.
61 Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, IT, and business stakeholders, to gather requirements, configure the system, and conduct thorough testing.
61 Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
61 Analyze existing finance processes and identify opportunities for automation and optimization within the ERP system.
61 Work closely with the finance team to design and implement custom workflows, reports, and dashboards that streamline financial operations and improve decision-making.
61 Continuously evaluate and enhance the system's functionality to align with evolving business needs and industry standards.
61 Provide day-to-day support for the ERP finance modules, addressing user issues, troubleshooting technical problems, and ensuring system availability and reliability.
61 Monitor system performance, identify potential bottlenecks, and implement optimization measures to enhance efficiency and functionality.
61 Maintain strong relationships with ERP vendors and third-party service providers to stay informed about the latest updates, patches, and best practices.

Required Experience and Qualifications
61 Minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in implementing, supporting, and optimizing ERP finance modules (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Kingdee 金蝶).
61 Proven track record in leading ERP implementation projects, including configuration, customization, and integration.
61 Experience in maintaining compliance with financial regulations and internal controls.
61 Demonstrated experience in process improvement, automation, and optimization within ERP systems.
61 In-depth knowledge of ERP finance modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Fixed Assets.
61 Strong understanding of financial processes, accounting principles, and regulatory requirements.
61 Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to interact effectively with cross-functional teams.
61 Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
