Now we are looking for an Senior Operations Specialist with extensive experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O). In this role, you will oversee and optimize business operations processes within Dynamics 365 F&O, ensuring that our systems align with organizational goals. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence and improve efficiency across various business functions.
Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead the configuration and optimization of Dynamics 365 F&O operational modules (Supply Chain, Planning, Production etc.). 2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions. 3. Provide support and training for operational teams using Dynamics 365 F&O. 4. Analyze and troubleshoot issues related to processes and system performance.
Qualifications: 1. Bachelor’s degree in computer, or related field. 2. 5+years of experience with Dynamics 365 F&O. 3. Strong knowledge of operational processes and Dynamics 365 F&O configurations. 4. Knowledge of Power BI or other business intelligence tools for reporting and analytics is preferred. 5. Good English skills.
