Responsibilities:
o Design and develop comprehensive technology solutions that meet business requirements.
o Create detailed architectural plans, including system diagrams, data flow diagrams, and process flows.
o Develop and maintain a technology roadmap that supports business strategy and growth.
o Stay abreast of emerging technologies and assess their potential impact on the organization.
o Oversee the planning and execution of technology projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
o Collaborate with project managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define project scope and objectives.
o Provide technical guidance and support to the IT team and business units.
o Identify and mitigate technology risks associated with proposed solutions.
o Evaluate and select technology vendors and partners.
o Negotiate contracts and ensure that vendor solutions meet the organization's requirements.
o Document all aspects of the technology solutions, including architecture, design, and implementation details.
o Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
o Lead and mentor a team of architects and engineers.
o Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Required Experience and Qualification
o Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
o A minimum of 15 years of experience in IT, with at least 8 years in a solution architecture role.
o Experience in designing and implementing large-scale, complex technology solutions including but not limited to MES, WMS, ERP, Front Office IT.
o Proficiency in a wide range of technologies, including cloud computing, networking, databases, and security.
o Experience with software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
o Strong knowledge of data center operations, virtualization, and containerization technologies.
o Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
