Job Description: You will be part of an international company based in Barcelona, working within the Industrial Supply Chain Department, directly reporting to the Senior Engineer at our representative office in Zhongshan. In addition to this, you will collaborate closely with the office's controller. Your main objectives will be to uphold a high standard in the quality of products, provide support in the approval of parts for new product launches, and ensure efficient control of incoming goods and inventory in our warehouse.
The selected candidate will join the Zhongshan's office with the following main responsibilities： - Participate in quality analysis, develop and implement quality control plans, and ensure compliance with quality standards throughout the production process， including final inspections. - Coordinate with suppliers to address quality issues, monitor corrective actions, and ensure effective problem resolution. - Continuously monitor quality objectives, propose improvements, and maintain all related documentation and records to ensure compliance with company and industry standards. - Support in the management and implementation of parts approvals, specifically for scanner and 3D printing components. - Oversee daily warehouse activities, including the receipt, inspection, and storage of goods, ensuring that items meet specified quantity and quality standards while making efficient use of space. - Conduct inventory management by regularly checking and updating inventory records, ensuring data accuracy, and addressing any discrepancies, while also participating in the development and optimization of warehouse processes.
Desire profile (m/f): - At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role in an international company. - Electronic Engineering/ Industrial Engineering or similar higher education studies. - Negotiation-level english. - Strong communication skills, methodical, proactive and solution-oriented person. - Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. - Knowledge of Solid-edge, Solid-works or Autocad will be considered as a plus. - Availability and willingness to travel.
