职责 : 1. 负责处理客户的质量投诉及检讨; Responsible for handling customer quality complaint and review 2. 负责制程产品品质状况的跟进,与项目团队合作确保项目顺利量产; Follow up the parts process quality; cooperate with the project team to ensure the mass production smoothly. 3 协助解决制程及出货质量异常的处理,发出纠正行动,确保行动的有效,防止不合格的再次发生; Assist to solve the process and shipment quality problem, issue corrective action, ensure the action effective, and prevent the unqualified happen. 4 负责所有产品品质文件的编制与更新 Responsible for the preparation and update of all parts quality documents. 5 负责FAI、CP/CPK、SPC、GR&R等报告的审核及分析改善; Responsible for the review, analysis and improvement of FAI, CP/CPK, SPC, GR&R and other reports. 6 负责编制相应的文件和培训教材,对所有QC及生产相关人员进行培训; Responsible for the preparation of relevant documents and training document, training all inspector and production related person; 7 了解产品检验标准和要求,负责编制完善的质量管理标准; Understand parts inspection standards and requirements, responsible for the preparation of quality management standards; 8 负责客户处驻厂品质人员的管理和工作安排,及时跟进其反馈的品质信息; Responsible for the management and work arrangement of the quality staff in the customer's factory, and follow up the quality and feedback timely. 9 负责协助部门经理贯彻执行公司各项规章制度; Assist quality manager to implement the company's rules and regulations
要求: 对品质工程、客户沟通、测量系统分析有较强的能力;能熟练操作CAD或其它3D软件; Strong ability in quality engineering, customer communication and measurement system analysis; Proficient in CAD and other 3D software;
有五年以上品质工程工作经验; At least 5 years experience in quality engineering
