职责： 1. 协助总经理策划、建立、实施、考核并持续改进质量控制体系，使之与客户要求相适应； Assist GM in planning, establishing, implementing, evaluating and continuously improving quality control system to meet customer requirements; 2. 负责监督进料检验、过程检验、出货检验、外发检验及新产品测试验证工作； Responsible for incoming inspection, process inspection, OQC inspection, outside supplier inspection and new product testing and verification 3. 负责审查、监督及指导相关部门编制、实施质量控制计划； Responsible for reviewing, supervising and guiding relevant departments to prepare and implement quality control plans; 4. 负责与公司内外（包括客户投诉、公司各部门信息反馈）质量信息的协调与处理； Responsible for the coordination and processing of quality information both inside and outside the company, including customer complaints and feedback from various departments of the company. 5. 负责产品标准的制定和实施：包括新产品或新材料的检验和试验，协助生产部新产品的试制，收集行业质量技术标准，制定适宜的内部控制质量标准； Responsible for the formulation and implementation of product standards: including the inspection and testing of new products or new materials, assisting the production department in the TR of new products, collecting industry quality and technical standards to formulating appropriate internal control quality standards; 6. 负责指导公司质量体系的建立、实施、维护与改进工作； Responsible for guiding set up , implementation, maintenance and improvement of the company's quality system; 7. 对质量成本进行统计、核算、分析、报告和控制,降低质量成本,提高企业的经济效益； Statistics, accounting, analysis, reporting and control of quality cost to reduce it and improve economic benefits of company; 8. 推广先进的质量管理方法，积极组织、发动员工开展质量改进行动，不断提高产品质量和工序质量； Promoting advanced quality management methods ,actively organize and mobilize employees to carry out quality improvement actions, and continuously improve product quality and process quality; 9. 负责制定部门培训计划并实施、考核； Responsible for making departmental training plan, implementing and assessing; 10． 负责不合格品评审，制定纠正、预防措施并确保有效实施； Responsible for the evaluation of nonconforming products, formulate corrective and preventive actions and ensure effective implementation; 11． 负责对体系、产品持续改进的策划，协调各部门实施相应的改进、纠正和预防措施的实施； Responsible for planning the continuous improvement of the system and products, coordinating the implementation of corresponding improvement, corrective and preventive actions by departments; 12． 负责监督对公司计量器具进行管制，建立健全计量器具之管理制度； Responsible for supervising and controlling the measuring equipments of the company and setting up and improving the management system of measuring equipment; 13． 负责监督供应商的考核、评价及辅导工作，保证供应商提供的产品符合公司的品质要求； Responsible for supervising supplier's assessment, evaluation and suggestion to ensure supplier's products meet company's quality requirements; 14． 负责质保部工作的分配、人员岗位调动、工作指导、监督和考核控制； Responsible for QA department's work assignment, personnel post transfer, work guidance, supervision and assessment control 15． 指导各部门对相关数据收集、传递、交流并提供必要的信息；协助各部门统计技术的选择与应用. To guide departments to collect, transmit, exchange relevant data and provide necessary information to assist departments in the selection and application of statistical technology 16 负责本部门各项管理体系程序文件的建立、完善、修订及监督执行，确保符合体系标准及审核要求。 Be responsible for management system procedures’ establishment, improvement, amendment and implement in QA department, ensure to be compliance with system standards and audit requirements.
要求: 对品质工程、客户沟通、测量系统分析、品质全面管理有较强能力，对CAD及其它识图软件熟悉； Strong ability in quality engineering, customer communication, measurement system analysis, quality comprehensive management, familiar with CAD and other mapping software
有10年以上品质管理工作经验； More than 10 years experience in quality management
