Role Summary: 职位概述 We are seeking a highly skilled Accountant to manage the financial operations of our manufacturing entities. The ideal candidate will bring expertise from a Big 4 accounting firm in China and possess a strong background in accounting for manufacturing businesses. Key Responsibilities: 主要职责 1. Financial Closing & Reporting 财务结账与报告 o Perform accurate and timely month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing of books. 准确且及时地完成月末、季度末和年末的结账工作。 o Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring compliance with PRC GAAP and IFRS. 编制和分析财务报表，确保符合中国公认会计准则（PRC GAAP）和国际财务报告准则（IFRS）。 o Consolidate financial reports across multiple manufacturing entities. 整合多个制造实体的财务报告。
2. Risk Management & Internal Controls 风险管理与内部控制 o Develop, implement, and monitor internal control frameworks to mitigate financial and operational risks. 制定、实施和监督内部控制框架，以减轻财务和运营风险。 o Conduct internal audits and recommend corrective actions for identified issues. 进行内部审计，并为发现的问题提出纠正措施建议。 o Ensure compliance with local regulatory and tax requirements. o 确保遵守当地法规和税收要求。
3. Business Process Engineering 业务流程工程 o Streamline and optimize financial and operational processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy. o 简化和优化财务和运营流程，以提高效率和准确性。 o Act as a key contributor to the digitalization of accounting systems and processes. o 在会计系统和流程的数字化方面发挥关键作用。
Key Requirements: 关键要求： 1. Educational Background 教育背景 o Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. o 会计、金融或相关领域的学士或硕士学位。
2. Professional Experience 专业经验 o At least 4 years of accounting experience, including at least 2 years in a Big 4 firm in China. o 至少4年的会计工作经验，包括至少2年在中国四大会计师事务所的工作经验。 o Experience with risk management, internal controls, and process reengineering. o 具备风险管理、内部控制和流程再造的经验。
