岗位职责： 1. 根据项目需求和规范，制定详细的测量计划，明确测量方法、测量设备选择、测量精度要求等关键要素。 According to the project requirements and specifications, develop a detailed measurement plan, clear the measurement method, measurement equipment selection, measurement accuracy requirements and other key elements. 2. 主导新产品新物料测量方案的总体规划与制定，确保测量方案的有效性和准确性。 Lead the overall planning and formulation of new product and new material measurement scheme to ensure the effectiveness and accuracy of the measurement scheme. 3. 编制和完善测量与测试的标准化操作程序（SOP），确保测量过程的一致性和可追溯性。 Develop and improve the standard operating procedures (Sops) of measurement and testing to ensure the consistency and traceability of the measurement process. 4. 负责产品的可靠性测试，包括但不限于尺寸测量、材料性能测试等，确保产品符合质量标准。 Responsible for product reliability testing, including but not limited to dimensional measurement, material performance testing, etc., to ensure product compliance with quality standards. 5. 负责MSA的实施和分析，评估测量系统的准确性、稳定性和可重复性，确保测量数据的可靠性。 Responsible for the implementation and analysis of MSA, evaluate the accuracy, stability and repeatability of the measurement system, and ensure the reliability of the measurement data. 6. 监控测量系统的性能，及时发现并解决测量过程中的问题，提高测量系统的准确性和效率。 Monitor the performance of the measurement system, find and solve the problems in the measurement process in time, and improve the accuracy and efficiency of the measurement system. 7. 运用SPC方法对测量数据进行统计分析，监控生产过程的稳定性和可控性。 The SPC method is used for statistical analysis of the measurement data to monitor the stability and controllability of the production process. 8. 通过SPC图表和分析工具，及时发现生产过程中的异常波动，提出改进措施，确保生产过程的稳定性和产品质量的一致性。 Through SPC charts and analysis tools, the abnormal fluctuations in the production process are found in time, and improvement measures are proposed to ensure the stability of the production process and the consistency of product quality. 9. 负责实验室测量设备及夹治具的校准和管理，编制测量设备及夹治具操作指引。 Responsible for the calibration, management of the laboratory measurement equipment and clamping fixture, preparation the operation guidelines of measuring equipment and clamping fixture 10. 负责对偏离校准状态的测量设备进行追踪与处理。 Responsible for tracking, processing of measuring equipment deviation calibration status 11. 负责编制相应的文件和培训教材，负责对测量和控制设备操作人员的培训、考核、管理。 Responsible for preparation of relevant documents and training document, operating personnel training, personnel management of Measuring room, examination of measurement and control equipment . 12. 负责量测系统分析与改进。 Responsible for measurement system analysis and improvement 13. 负责FAI、CP/CPK、SPC、GR&R等报告的审核及分析改善。 Responsible for the review, analysis and improvement of FAI, CP/CPK, SPC, GR&R and other reports. 14. 了解产品检验标准和要求和规格，负责编制完善的质量管理标准，规范测量方法。 Understand parts inspection standards and requirements and specifications,, responsible for the preparation of quality management standards，Standard measurement method. 15. 审核新产品的图纸，审阅关键质量特性和Cpk特性 确认是否需要制作夹具，如何制作夹具。并建立检查、测量和测试方法。 Responsible for reviewing new product drawings, CTQs and Cpk characteristics. To confirm whether you need to make jigs, how to make jig and establish inspection, measurement and test methods. 16. 负责处理客户的质量投诉及检讨。 Responsible for handling customer quality complaint and review. 17. 协助解决制程及出货质量异常的处理，发出纠正行动，确保行动的有效，防止不合格的再次发生。 Assist to solve the process and shipment quality problem, issue corrective action, ensure the action effective, and prevent the unqualified happen. 18. 创建检查计划，试生产验证和确认的跟踪，制定新品和ECN的测量测试完成日程计划。 Create inspection plan, follow up pre-production validation and validation, develop new product and ECN measurement test completion schedule.
岗位要求： 大以上学历；College degree or above 对测量系统分析有较强的能力；能熟练操作CAD或其它3D软件； The measurement system analysis has the strong ability; Familiar with CAD and 3D software 有3年以上测量管理工作经验； At least 3 years experience in Measurement management 头脑灵活，思维敏揵，有上进心，工作原则性强、细心；有良好的沟通协调能力及品质意识、团队协作精神； Upright features, flexible mind, quick thinking, self-motivated, principled and careful in work; Clear language expression, have good communication and coordination ability and quality consciousness, team spirit 能熟练操作电脑，英文水平四级以上。 Proficient in computer operation, English CET-4 or above.
