About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing Windows Active Directory (AD), MS O365, virtualization platforms, SCCM, and SQL Server. Knowledge of networking will be a significant advantage. This role requires a proactive individual who can ensure the stability, integrity, and efficient operation of our IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain Windows Active Directory (AD), including user accounts, group policies, and domain services.
Administer and optimize virtualization platforms (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V) to ensure high availability and performance.
Deploy, configure, and manage Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) for software distribution, patch management, and endpoint security.
Maintain and troubleshoot SQL Server DB cluster, ensuring data integrity, performance, and security.
Monitor and support network infrastructure (switches, routers, firewalls, Wireless) to ensure seamless connectivity and security.
Perform routine system maintenance, backups, and disaster recovery operations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement IT projects and resolve technical issues.
Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and stakeholders.
Keep track of emerging technologies and recommend improvements to enhance system efficiency and security.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience with windows AD/SCCM/SQL server/virtual/networking. etc.
Cloud (AliCloud / MS Azure) experience is a big plus.
Keen in technology. Could work independently with less supervision.
Fluent in Chinese and English
