一、岗位职责
1.统筹中国公司及海外分支机构的财务规划、预算编制与财务预测；
2.管理跨境交易全流程，包括信用证（L/C）文件审核、外汇风险对冲及关联交易结算；
3.负责海外项目财务工作对接及落地，确保符合国际财务报告准则（IFRS）及中国财务报告准则；
4.制定国际贸易信用风险管理策略，如信用证真实性核查、应收账款催收及争议解决；
5.负责公司定期财务分析工作,提升报表效率和质量，总结并持续优化工作计划的执行效果；
6.向业务部门提供海外项目财务支持及定价策略。

二、任职要求
1.本科及以上学历，财务管理、会计学、审计学及其他相关专业，英文能作为工作语言；
2.10年以上制造业财务运营管理工作经验，其中3-5年海外财务管理经验，有操盘信用证、金融交易经验，有跨境资金池管理经验者优先；
3.熟悉国际会计准则和中国会计准则，持有ACCA或CPA优先；
4.工作认真细心、责任心强、较强的观察力和分析能力、工作细致、严谨，并具有战略前瞻性思维。

Job Title:02International Finance Manager/Supervisor
Reports To:02General Manager of China Region
Salary Range:0215,000 - 22,000 RMB/month
Job Responsibilities
1.Oversee financial planning, budgeting and forecasting for the China company and overseas branches.
2.Manage cross-border transaction processes, including Letter of Credit (L/C) document review, foreign exchange risk hedging, and intercompany settlements.
3.Handle financial coordination and implementation for overseas projects, ensuring compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and Chinese Financial Reporting Standards.
4.Develop credit risk management strategies for international trade, including L/C authenticity verification, accounts receivable collection, and dispute resolution.
5.Conduct regular financial analysis, enhance reporting efficiency and quality, and continuously optimize the execution of work plans.
6.Provide financial support and pricing strategies for overseas projects to business departments.
Qualifications and Requirements
1.Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Auditing, or related fields; proficiency in English.
2.Over 10 years of financial management experience in the manufacturing industry, including 3-5 years of oversea financial management experience, with hands-on experience in L/C operations and financial transactions. Candidates with experience in cross-border cash pool management are preferred.
3.Familiar with International Accounting Standards and Chinese Accounting Standards. ACCA or CPA certification holders are preferred.
4.Detail-oriented, strong sense of responsibility, strong observational and analytical skills, meticulous and rigorous work ethic, and strategic foresight.
