职位要求：
1. Bachelor's degree or above. / 本科或以上学历
2. Major in physical, electrical, materials or mechanical application related area. / 物理，电子，材料或机械应用相关理工科专业。
3. 3 years or above of experience in manufacturing engineering field. / 3年及以上制造工程领域工作经验
4. Experience in film capacitor manufacturing is preferred. / 优先考虑有薄膜电容制造工作经验者
5. Good skill in failure analysis, data analysis / 具有良好的不良品分析和数据分析的能力;
6. Familiar with Microsoft Office software / 熟练使用Office办公软件;
7. Having certain English capability in reading and writing. /有一定的英语读写能力;
8. Ability to do operation guidance and personnel training is preferred / 优先考虑能够实施作业指导和教育者;
9. Ability to make good use of QC & SPC tools is preferred / 优先考虑能够灵活运用QC工具、SPC者;
10. Ability to produce and revise operational standards is preferred / 优先考虑具备制作和修订作业标准能力者。

职责和权限：
1. Continual process improvement：Define and optimize process parameters, etc. / 负责工艺的持续改进, 如定义和优化工艺参数等。
2. Continual product quality improvement. Process yield, and FPY / 负责产品质量的提升，提高过程良品率和一次通过率。
3. Establish, update and maintain related engineering documents, like PFMEA, work instruction. / 制定,更新和维护相关的工程文件, 如过程FMEA和工作指引。
4. New product and new material trial run and release. / 新产品和新物料的试生产和放行。
5. Production exception handling. / 生产异常处理。
6. Participate cost saving projects. / 参与成本节约项目。
7. Participate in TPM activities. / 参与TPM活动。
8.Comply with national laws, statutes, policies, labor disciplines and company's rules and regulations. / 严格遵守国家法律、法规和政策、劳动纪律，严格执行公司的各项规章制度。
9.Other assignments from supervisors. / 上级安排的其他工作。
