最低资格和经验要求： i. 屋宇/结构工程 或其他相关学科高等文凭/高等证书，8年相关工作经验；或最少4年相关经验的学位持有者 ii. 申请人必须在过去4年中有金属屋面的相关经验，并有参与大型香港项目或类似国际项目的经验。需熟悉BSEN英标验收标准 iii. 熟练使用微软办公软件 iv. 中英文口语、书写流利。普通话流利。图纸和文件均为英文资料，需要具备良好的英文能力。
Minimum requirements： i. Higher Certificate/Higher Diploma in Building/Structural Engineering or other related disciplines. ii. At least 8 years experience in related discipline on large scale Hong Kong projects or similar international projects. iii. Degree Holder with at least 4 years experience will also be considered. iv. Proficient in MS Office applications. v. Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese and spoken Putonghua.
Particular Inspection Duties: i. Record in & out materials with traceability system. ii. Check materials and mill certificates. iii. Check aluminium cladding and assembly dimensions. iv. Check aluminium cladding aesthetic appearance. v. Check aluminium cladding flatness and roller wave distortion. vi. Inspect structural sealant caulking process. vii. Inspect pre-treatment and chromate coating. viii. Inspect PVF2 or powder coating process. ix. Check dry film thickness, gloss level, adhesion and hardness of coatings. x. Inspect sealant compatibility test and adhesion test. xi. Check colour and gloss uniformity. xii. Inspect factory internal QC testings, such as dry adhesion test, solvent test, structural sealant test, chemical resistance test, boiling water adhesion test, acetic acid salt spray test, impact test, snap test, gasket hardness test, alum stud bend and rebend test etc. xiii. Inspect seam joint test and flood test, holiday test, spray test, skylight test, etc. as per Particular Technical Specification. xiv. Inspect final assembled products if fabricated as the Approved drawings. xv. Check panel numbering system of the final products. xvi. Check panels packing and protection of the final assembled products. xvii. Inspect performance mock up fabrication, set up and testing.
