Main Duties & Responsibilities Prepare pre-buy and post-buy analysis, such as OTB vs actual reports, seasonal comparison, style matrix and SKU reports;
Formulate buying strategy as well as define target customer and buying structure.
Place orders according to the Company’s direction and individual store’s needs.
Manage the master logistics/payment process, propose, quota and key push, etc;
Provide professional product training for brand operation team, improve their professional quality, and help them flexibly use product knowledge in the marketing process
Analysis the product selling data, propose the best actions to maximize the sales and sell-thru.
Work with the Marketing and Operational teams to come up with the seasonal launching plan.
Do the market/cities/stores visit regularly.
Support all the new store opening and pop-up project at site.
Traveling is necessary

Job Requirements Bachelor degree with 5 years related management experience.
Experience in luxury retail is preferred.
Strong commercial sense and passion in fashion are essential.
Independent, outgoing and able to work under pressure.
