RESPONSIBILITY AND AUTHORITY／职责和权限
？ Automatic equipment: design, select spare parts and BOM list making, define URS, organize and implement spare parts procurement /installation /debugging /adjustment /release /acceptance, etc. 非标自动化设备：设计，备件选型及BOM表制作，定义技术规范，实施备件购买/安装/调试/放行/财务验收等。
？ Lead the evaluation of new automation opportunities: discover the automation improvement opportunities; feasibility analysis and report preparation; conceptual design and experiment of key module. 主导新自动化机会的评估：发掘自动化改进项目机会；进行可靠性分析和报告编写；进行关键模块的概念设计和验证。
？ Project management: organize / coordinate / execute / control project, to achieve the targets (goals, time limitation, cost, etc.), include new production line / equipment. 项目管理：组织/协调/实施/监控项目，以达到项目预订目标（范围，时限和成本等），包括新生产线和新设备。
？ Evaluation of feasibility and investment ROI of automation project proposal. 自动化项目方案可行性及投资回报的评估。
？ Responsible for new machine relative team training, documentation preparation, sustain for production after machine release. 新设备交付过程中相关人员的培训，资料图纸的归档，设备验收后的相关技术支持。
？ Gather information for the best equipment, present the appraisal report for new equipment. 收集最优化的工艺设备信息，提供新设备的评估报告。
？ Self-improve own working procedure, raise suggestion for dept. (internal / external) working procedure. 改进自身工作流程，建议改进部门内外工作流程。
