BASIC FUNCTION / 基本职责
负责人造石类相关厨卫产品的新工艺、新技术的研究和开发，生产工艺规划，解决人造石相关生产过程中的工艺、工装夹具及技术问题，制定工艺流程卡、作业指导书、测算工艺定额、相关的工艺文件资料。
Responsible for the research and development of new processes and technologies for kitchen and bathroom products, production process planning, solving problems in process, fixture or technology. Work out process flow cards, operation manuals, calculation of process quotas, and relevant process documents.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES / 具体工作职责
1. 负责行业新工艺新技术的研究和开发，包括工艺试验计划制定，进行试验和评估；
Responsible for the research and development of new processes and technologies in the industry, including process testing plans, conducting experiments and evaluations.
2. 组织制定人造石产品所涉及的材料、设备及成型工艺方案，包含：产品作业指导书、流程图、工艺卡片、记录表格、包装规范等标准化作业文件。并对一线员工实施培训及现场指导。
Organize the plans for materials, equipment and production process, which include WI，flow chart, process cards, forms and packaging and so on. And provide training and onsite instruction for workers.
3. 负责新品开发、及生产过程中产品制造缺陷解决，包含材料、工艺、模具、设备等方面工作。
Solve manufacturing defects or problems in the development and production of new products including material, process, mold, equipment, etc.
4. 深入生产现场收集数据，分析生产过程的薄弱环节，负责解决由材料及工艺等所存在的缺陷。
Go deep into the production site to collect data, analyze weakness in the production process, and be responsible for solving problems in processes.
5. 负责产品开发初期外观和结构设计提供生产建议，实际生产能力的评估，产品模具图纸的审核确认，PFMEA的组织制定， QTP、VTP的过程跟踪及试验小结，相关改进措施制定实施。
Provide suggestion on product appearance and structure design at early stage of design, plan process test, evaluate production capacity, confirm mold drawings, organize PFMEA, follow up process and test for QTP/VTP, and carry out improvements.
6. 负责非标人造石产品订单的前期设计评审、产品成本估算、开发费用估算；并快速响应客户报价。
Responsible for early design review for new order of non-standard resin (artificial stone) product, cost estimation for product and development, quick response to customers.
7. 负责现场工艺执行的监督，协助产品生产过程中质量问题的纠正预防工艺措施的制定；持续改进以提高生产效率，降低成本，保证产品质量。
Monitor onsite production process, provide technical support and solution to quality problems. Continuous improvement in production efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure product quality.
8. 负责生产模具、工装、设备、料流布局等优化改进的技术范畴工作，协助提高质量合格率和工时效率。
Responsible for production mold, tools, equipment and layout optimization, and assist in improving quality performance and productivity.
9. 对操作工人提供工艺相关培训
Provide training for worker.
10. 上级交代的其他临时性工作。
Other duties may be required.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS / 教育背景及工作经历要求
1. 高分子材料与工程、复合材料与工程等相关专业，本科以及以上学历，复合材料与工程专业优先；
Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Polymer Materials and Engineering, Composite Material and Engineering, or related. Composite Material and Engineering is preferred.
2. 掌握人造石生产工艺流程和设备，熟悉复合材料等相关新材料生产工艺经验者优先；
Be familiar with process and equipment of resin (artificial stone) products, and candidate with experience in process of composite materials or related is preferred.
3. 3年以上人造石厨卫制造行业、机械装配、模具等制造行业的技术工作经验；
At least have 3 years of technology and management experience in industry of resin (artificial stone), K&B, mold and assemble of mechanics manufacturing.
4. 熟悉CAD等相关制图软件，有良好的识图、制图能力；
Good at CAD, have strong ability of reading and drawing.
5. 良好的沟通及培训能力，思维清晰，能承受一定的工作压力；
Have outstanding communication and training skill, can think clearly and thrive under pressure.
6. 英语听，说，写能力优秀优先
Have a good command of written and spoken English.
