The Role职责
-Implement trails in the pilot plant with your hands;
动手实施试验生产单；
-Work closely with R&D team in Netherlands to optimize and improve product formulation;
与欧洲总部紧密合作，优化、改善产品配方；
-Visit customer, provide technical support;
拜访客户，为客户提供技术支持；
-Analyze product data, Improve material quality；
分析产品数据，改善材料质量；
-Identify defects and possible improvements in the process，Provide Technical support to internal organization;
识别工艺过程中的的缺陷和可能的改进,为内部组织提供技术支持；
-Conduct safety working environmental;
实施以创造安全工作环境的方式；
-Responsible for writing high-tech reports;
负责撰写研发项目报告；
-Ability to work in a team of enthusiastic colleagues；
能在一个充满热情的团队中工作；

Your Profile 应具备的能立
-Bachelor’s Degree with Polymer engineering background.
技术学士学位（本科以上），聚合物工程专业；
-Ability to speak and write in Chinese and English Language；
中、英文听、说写流利；
-Experience in injection molding and /or extrusion;
具备塑料挤出、注塑工艺经验；
-Good writing ability of R&D projects report;
良好的研发项目编写能力；
-Strong hands-on ability；
较强的动手能力
-Capability to work in stressful situations.
能在抗压情况下工作；
