RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES: 1.In NPD project, responsible for PE’s task that defined in product development procedure. And also the specific task assigned by PM. 在新产品开发项目中承担产品开发管理流程要求的产品工程师的相关工作,以及PM安排的项目任务。 2.Specifically responsible for the trial production process of samples, implement resource preparation according to the plan, handle product production, and ensure the delivery and quality of samples. 具体负责样品的试制生产过程,按计划落实资源准备,处理产品生产,保障样品交付和质量。 3.Responsible for process flow chart. Control the process requirements and related documents with the assist of process engineer/technician. Responsible for the maintenance of technical requirements in manufacturing execution system. 负责具体制定产品的工艺流程,在工艺工程师\技术员的配合下把控工艺要求和相关技术文件。负责维护MES等生管系统中的技术要求。 4.Cooperate with PM,NPI leader to complete NPI work, be responsible for data collection and improve plan execution. 配合PM, NPI leader完成NPI工作,具体负责数据收集,改善计划执行。 5.Cooperate with PM/ senior product engineer to be responsible for the production technical problems of the product, and solve the problems, including the materials, equipment, process methods and production environment affecting the production. 配合PM/高级产品工程师具体负责产品的生产技术问题,解决影响生产的材料,设备,工艺方法,生产环境等各方面问题。
REQUIREMENTS: 1.Bachelor of Science or Engineering, Photonics, Physics, Electronics, Automation etc. 理工科学士学位,光电,物理,电子,自动化等专业 2.Have a certain knowledge of optical, physics and electronic technology. 具备光学、物理、电子技术基础。 3.Good on English reading and writing, Basic oral language skills 英语读写无障碍,口语能基本沟通。
PREFERRED/优先考虑: 1. 3 years’ experience of product engineer in optical communication industry. 3年以上光通讯行业产品工程师工作经验。 2.Familiar with the use of common optical communication industry testing equipment (OSA,PM,TLS, etc.). 熟悉常见光通讯行业测试设备(OSA,PM,TLS等)使用。 3.Familiar with the functions and theory of passive optical devices. 熟悉无源光器件功能、原理。 4.Has experience in NPD project, has certain project management capabilities. 有项目开发经验,具备一定项目管理能力。
