Responsibilities / Main tasks
1.Responsible for procurement team, managing the development and implementation of procurement initiatives
2.Being responsible for factory sourcing and procurement activities for both direct and indirect commodities & services, support operation team to improve efficiency and achieve operation excellence
3.Working closely with crossing functional team to develop and implement effective strategies in line with business priorities and category/supplier strategies, develop suppliers to meet current and future business requirements
4.Supporting new product/component development in terms of supplier selection, cost control and project execution to achieve project target and business objectives
5.Support the development, improvement and operational execution of the related purchasing strategies of the company/material group
6.Define & implement procurement team strategies within span of control, including targets, timelines and resource plans to ensure consistent and high quality value delivery;
7.Execute benchmarking and cost analysis among the market trend to make sound purchasing decision.·
8.Maintain personal knowledge of market trends including rigorous analysis of market drivers, cost structures and technical improvements
9.Perform audits with SQE team and engineering staff to recognize and identify opportunities and potential threats to ensure suppliers’ ability to support company business and objectives. Being responsible for supplier quality, managing supplier audit and qualification, continuously reduce cost of failure and improve supplier quality performance. Providing training and coaching to team, People leadership and development
10.Manage smooth and good working relationship with suppliers to guarantee the best value and reliable providing of materials.·
11.Conduct business review meetings to assess risk in qualifying products and suppliers, technical specification, artwork development, production capacity, regulatory clearance and on time delivery;
12.ensure execution in accordance with Company rules and procedures.

Experience
1. At least 10 years related working experience and more than 5 years of managerial experience in operations or supply chain management in multinational companies ; working in the field of furniture hardware accessories is preferred
2. Familiar with stamping technology, die-casting, Alu. Extrusion and E-plating product process and manufacturing process, or at least one of this process.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in a manufacturing operation environment, ability to manage complex projects
4. Experience and knowledge of detailed cost analysis and price breakdown
5. Good experience in the hardware supplier market & supplier audit management capability
6. Ability to identify opportunities, develop strategy and implement innovative solutions
Education
7. Bachelor degree or above, engineering or mechanical or comparable education is preferred
Languages
8. Good command of oral and written English
9. Fluent in oral and written Mandarin
