Job Summary:
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Supplier Quality Engineer located in Zhuhai.
What a typical day looks like: 1. Handle with production line incoming quality issue. 2. Join project CTF daily meeting act as SQE representative and update the actions of material related issues. 3. Monthly performance review with critical suppliers. 4. Deal MRB (IQC rejects, production line rejects) aged materials timely. 5. Joint PPAP buy off and approval process. 6. Supplier FA/8D review and improvement performance verification. 7. Key person for new supplier selection and qualification. 8. Supplier score card assessment for in charge suppliers; 9. Actively participant with corporate Kaizen activity and obtain the SSGB and / Or LGB certification.
The experience we’re looking to add to our team: 1. College or above degree, and electric or automation is preferred. 2. At least 3 years’ or above quality engineering experience (SQE/CQE/PQE, etc.) 3. Familiar with Electronic and/or mechanical material manufacturing process and workmanship. 4. Familiar with Supplier selection and qualification process, expertly on supplier QPA/QSA Audit and issue solution driving. 5. Workable oral English with good communication skills. 6. Use of the following tools are required: 8D, 5 Why, SPC, GR&R, AR&R, DOE, APQP, PPAP, CP and FMEA. 6-Sigma certification is preferred. 7. Highly responsibility, Quick learning capability, can work under stress.
