职位描述：
Conduct new supplier audit and approval执行新供应商的审核和批准。
Control and monitor incoming material quality to ensure normal控制、监督来料的质量，以确保可以生产合格的产品。

岗位职责：
1. Audit new supplier and qualify its performance. Prepare PPAP report. 新供应商导入审核和批准, 准备PPAP 报告。
2. Define yearly supplier audit plan and prepare monthly report制定年度审核方案并执行,准备供应商月度报告。
3. Define material inspection criteria /standard and AQL level制定成品及材料的检验规范、标准及AQL抽样标准。
4. Build, improve and execute the quality management system, plan and implement quality management programs, and achieve quality control objectives建立、改进并运行质量管理体系，规划实施质量管理方案，实现质量控制目标。。
5. Handle quality issues under MRB decision处理材料不良问题，若有必要召开MRB会议进行处理。
6. Follow 8D approach to handle quality issues and follow up result跟踪不合格品的处理，组织制订并跟进纠正与预防措施及验证。
7. Participate in product process design to ensure product quality, assist in product development and production process quality problem solving参与产品工艺流程设计以确保产品质量，协助产品开发及生产过程中的质量问题解决。
8. Performs other duties or responsibilities as assigned or required. 完成被指派或要求的其他职责。

任职要求：
1. Bachelor's Degree Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial/Mechatronic Engineering or equivalent大学以上，工科相关专业
2. English good英语听说读写良好
3. 3-5 Years of quality relative working Experience 3-5年以上质量管理相关工作经验
4. Good problem-solving skill, be able to use variety of quality approaches e.g., 8D, KT, Six sigma etc for quick problem solving.具有很强问题解决能力，能使用多种方法如8D,KT,六西格玛等对问题进行快速解决
5. Be familiar with 5 quality tools, Control Charts, Cpk, SPC, Mini Tab 6-pack 熟悉5大工具，控制图，Cpk, SPC, Mini Tab 6-pack.
6. Experience of manufacturing processes: PCBA, Molding, Stamping, Die Cast, assembly, testing, others. 有PCBA、模具、冲压、压铸、装配、测试等制造工艺工作经验
7. Six-Sigma Green Belt Tool Competency 有 6西格玛绿带经验优先
