Construction Superintendent -- Facade, Steelwork and ABWF Work
Responsibilities:
1. The incumbent will be responsible for carrying out site supervision of roof
steelwork, roof covering, and facade construction works to ensure the works are constructed in compliance with the specified technical and quality requirements and implemented in a safe and timely manner.
2. Ensuring the quality of construction works and materials meets with the specified requirements.
3. Handling daily coordination works with internal and external stakeholders to
ensure the site works are conducted in a safe and efficient manner;
4. Monitoring and educating the work force to work safely;
5. Maintaining comprehensive daily work records and preparing progress reports;
6. Working collaboratively with contractors to ensure construction works are
completed on time and within budget to a high level of quality
7. Perform T3 duties and completion of statutory SSP documentation (T3 level)
Requirements:
1. Higher Certificate / Higher Diploma in Civil / Structural Engineering or other
related disciplines with at least 8 years’ experience in site supervision of large
construction projects; or Degree holder with at least 4 years’ relevant experience.
2. Candidates without the above specified academic qualification but have 12 years’ relevant working experience will also be considered.
3. Possess sound knowledge and experience in civil / building works.
4. Good spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
6. Willingness to work on the night shift/Sunday shift.
7. Have Hong Kong similar work experience.
