What a typical day looks like:
?Owned project IE basis work experience. Know how to setup, maintain and optimize projects’ IE database of time study, line balance and H/C configuration etc;

?Received MTM (Methords-Tme Measurement) training Using MTM/Model/Most to do time assessment to support new projects quotation. Self development in MTM (Methords-Tme Measurement) and passed MTM-1 and MTM-2 certification awareded by MTM global association.
?New increasing resonbility is building MTM. owner to response Dyson all projects' quoted time assessment and support quoted price update;
使用MTM/IE Model/Most工时评估工具为新项目报价评估工时及人力需求。
?Using 3D Sketch and Flexslim simulatin software to do layout and material flow design and improvement.
使用3D Sketch 和 Flexslim 模拟仿真软件设计并优化生产线布局和物流。
?Continue improvement driving and pushing through IE method and tools to save cost and improve efficiency;

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
?3 years’ work experiences in IE roles.
3年以上工业工程领域工作经验。
?Be good at English reading, writing, listening and speaking;
具备良好的英文读，写能力；
?Have a good command of office software; 精通办公软件;
?Received MTM (Methords-Tme Measurement) training. It would be better passed MTM-1 and MTM-2 certification awareded by MTM global association.
接受过MTM 培训。 具备全球MTM协会授予的 MTM-1,MTM-2认证证书***。
?Rich experience in lean improvement;
