1. Responsible for station software development, qualification and sustaining, including software coding, debugging, update and release (using SVN and Agile system), generate software design related technical document, etc.
负责工位软件和上位机软件的开发、验证和发布，包括代码编写，代码调试，软件升级及发布（使用SVN和Agile系统），编写软件开发相关技术文档等
2. Collect station software requirement, define test flow and database structure, pick the right Equipment/Jig/ Switch Box and assist to solve the product MFG issues, etc.
收集工位软件的需求，定义测试流程和数据结构，挑选合适的设备/夹具/开关盒，协助去解决相关的产品生产问题等
3. Communicate and collaborate with system engineer, process/product engineers, developers and project manager to ensure that design and MFG testing meet the specification of the customer.
与系统工程师、工艺/产品工程师、开发人员、市场和项目经理沟通和协作，以确保设计和 生产测试符合客户的规范。
4. Review project design outputs in all phases to better understand the product and its design, then provide assistance as needed.
参与所有项目的设计输出评审，以便更好地理解产品的设计并提供力所能及的帮助。
5. Make the product automation solution by studying and analysing product testing raw data with related engineers, set up test environment, optimize test and production process, improve production efficiency and reduce test cost, etc.
通过和相关工程师一起研究和分析产品的测试原始数据，拟定产品的自动化测试解决方案，搭建测试环境，优化测试和生产流程，提高生产效率和降低测试成本等
6. Provides technical support to customers, GLSS, QA, sales/marketing, RMA failure analysis, manufacture and inside personnel if needed.

7. Support manager and Sr. Engineer to train Asst. test engineer.

8. Understand, support and contribute to current Molex Total Quality Management (TQM), Six Sigma, International Standards Organization (ISO) and Environmental, and/or Health and Safety (EH&S) Management Systems by following stated policies and procedures.

9. Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

REQUIRED/必需资质:
Bachelor’s degree or above in engineering in Computer, Automation or Optics-Electronics Engineering
计算机，自动化或光电子工程相关理工科专业，本科或以上学历，硕士优先
2+ years working experience.
至少2年以上C/C++软件开发经验, 熟悉Visual Studio或LabWindows佳
Date analysis skill, good logic, fast learner, good communication skills, good team spirit.
良好的数据分析能力；逻辑思维清晰，学习能力强；沟通能力强，能很好的和团队协作
CET-4 above, good written English, fluent oral English is preferred.
英语四级或以上，书面读写流利，口语能交流尤佳；
PREFERRED/优先考虑:
With rich experience in Optics-Electronics products such as: optical passive components, EDFA, WSS, OCM, Optical Switch, VMUX, Circuit Pack or Optical Sub-System, etc.
拥有丰富的光电产品工作经验，比如：光无源器件，光放大器，波长选择开关，光开关，光通道监控，可调波分复用器，单板或光子系统等
3+ years working experience in related industry.
3年以上相关行业工作经验
