SUMMARY OF JOB: Work as cooling system engineer to develop data-center cooling products, including key components selection & design (compressor, EXV, fan, coil, etc.), performance & qualification test, writing technical documentation and resolving quality issues. 数据中心精密空调系统工程师,支持开发直膨式空调和冷冻水型空调,包含关键零部件的选型和设计(压缩机,电子膨胀阀、风扇、盘管等),性能及可靠性测试,编写产品手册及质量问题分析等。 ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: 61 Evaluate products development requirements and transfer to products’ specification. 61 Be capable to draw cooling system diagram with key components & sensors. 61 Critical cooling components design or selection, such as compressor, EXV, coil, fan, control valves, etc. 61 Be capable to use simulation tool for performance prediction. 61 Support sample units build and summary/record the issues discovered. Working with other functions and QA engineer to figure out solutions and make necessary design updates. 61 Build products performance & qualification plan, lead lab tests and complete data summary & analysis. 61 Support completing products documentation, such as installation manual, technical specification. 61 Support products improvements, such as upgrading cost and quality based on data from customer fields. 61 Support service team for field issues, visit customer field for products application or quality issues investigation. 61 评估产品开发需求,能够将需求转换为产品的技术要求; 61 绘制空调系统图,合理布局元器件及传感器; 61 负责空调系统关键零件选型和设计,如压缩机,盘管,风扇,膨胀阀,控制阀等; 61 能够应用系统仿真软件进行产品的性能模拟和预测; 61 支持完成研发样机制造,能够识别样机设计问题并提供改进建议; 61 制定产品的性能及可靠性测试计划,带领实验室完成测试,并进行数据汇总和结果分析; 61 支持完成产品的文档工作,如安装手册,技术参数手册等; 61 支持产品的持续改进,如成本优化及质量提升; 61 支持服务团队,到客户现场进行应用或者质量问题分析。 KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS – REQUIRED: 61 Good knowledge of HVAC technology, experience of DX system design, data-center products experience is plus. 61 Good knowledge on GB standards and related air conditioner industry standards; 61 CET 4 or above, capable to read and write in English. 61 Good ownership and self-motivation to complete work. 61 Good communication capabilities. 61 熟悉制冷空调产品,有直膨式系统设计经验,精密空调设计经验优先; 61 了解制冷空调行业的相关国家及行业标准; 61 英语四级以上,能够阅读英文文档并回复邮件; 61 责任心强,能够自我驱动完成任务; 61 良好的沟通能力。 EDUCATION – MINIMUN REQUIRED LEVEL: 61 Bachelor’s degree in thermodynamics, air-conditioning, refrigeration, or equivalent, advanced degree preferred. 61 制冷、热能与动力工程专业本科学历,硕士优先 EXPERIENCE – MINIMUM REQUIRED: 61 3+ years work expericence in HVAC industry.
