DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES/工作职责: Perform quality planning according to new product development procedure for product development, ensure all product specification and customer special requirement be met. 根据新产品开发流程进行产品开发的质量规划,确保所有产品规格及客户的特殊要求得到满足。 Owns and facilitates control plans, qualification plans, inspection plan and measurement plans. 制定并促进产品控制计划、验证计划、检验计划及测量计划。 Key team member of DFM and D/PFMEA. DFM及D/P FMEA活动的关键成员。 Lead MSA, SPC and new products safe launch. 主导进行新项目的MSA、SPC及Safe Launch。 Go and see PFMEA in production line or 4M1E process audit review process feasibility. 主导进行Go & See PFMEA、4M1E工艺审核确保工艺可行性。 Key materials product & process audit, supplier PPAP review and approval. 关键材料产品和工艺审核、供应商PPAP审查及批准。 Lead nonconformity disposition and drive for improvement of components and finish good. 主导不合格品的处理,推动部件及成品的改进。 Use 8D mindset or process if any complaint from customer or incoming nonconformity disposition and drive for RCCA. 根据8D思维及流程处理客户投诉及来料异常,并主导RCCA形成。
REQUIREMENTS/任职资格: Bachelor’s degree in communication, physics, electronic and engineering. 大专及以上学历,电子、机械相关专业 At least 3 years working experiences in quality control, 至少3年质量控制工作经验。 Design or process engineer’s background is welcomed also. 有设计及工艺工程师背景的亦可。 Knowledge in TL9000/ISO9001 or TS16949, 6 sigma knowledge. 具备TL9000/ISO9001或TS16949知识,六西格玛知识。 Effectively present information and respond to questions from cross function team. 有效地提供信息并回答跨部门团队提出的问题。 Identify problem logical ability, Strong quality problem analysis skills and drive for improvement. 识别问题逻辑能力,具有较强的质量问题分析技能,并推动改进。 Leadership for result oriented. 结果导向的领导能力。 CET4, good listening, writing and oral English skill CET-4、良好的英语听、读及口语能力。
