The tasks of the position holder include (without limitation):
1.Lead and coordinate NPI projects to comply with customer requirements.
2.Responsible for communicating with customers to collect and clarify technical issues in order to meet their needs.
3. Technical responsibility in product lines or value streams.
4. Optimize manufacturing efficiency and quality to satisfy customers.

Required professional experience：
– minimum length of experience (e.g. professional line experience; international experience; leadership; project management).
1.Native in Chinese (mandarin), fluent in English.
2.More than three years of experience in industrial product design/mold manufacturing/production engineering.
3.Excellent practical experience and skills coupled with a thorough knowledge of Professional in Project management, Either Mechanical, Electronic or Manufacturing Engineering,ISO 9001 auditing, Lean Manufacturing,CAD, ERP, PMI software.
4.Excellent project management and presentation skills.
5.Capability to integrate and work in a multinational team.
