Proactively support the GM with daily management and secretarial tasks such as travel coordination and calendar management. 2. Arrange management meeting and take meeting minutes. 3. Coordinate external visitors to GM, such as government officers or guests from HQ. 4. Prepare presentation and reports for GM 5. Translate and interpret when necessary 6. Manage the company legal documents and update when necessary. 7. Be administrator of the company stamp 8. Support expats to start in China, to get the work permit and accommodation searching etc; 9. Be a company Visual Identity expert and provide usage guidelines for Zhuhai site. 10. Be part of Global Operations PA network. 11. Manage company gifts. 12. Be part of arranging events for the factory. 13. Other jobs assigned by GM. Your qualifications 1. Bachelor’s degree. 2. Trustworthy and reliable. 3. Good written and verbal English skills. 4. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in assistant job in multinational company. 5. Good communication skills, at all levels. 6. Superior judgment, professionalism, ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality and assertiveness. 7. React with appropriate levels of urgency to situations and events that require quick response or turnaround. 8. Ability to switch gears at a moment's notice. 9. Strong interpersonal skills. 10.
