- Position Purpose/岗位目的:
Use engineering theories and methods to design, integrate and upgrade manufacturing systems or related production line. Introduce new projects to improve product quality and reduce costs.

- Primary Responsibilities/主要职责:
61 Cooperating with R&D, to introduce of new projects and new products; 配合研发，引进新项目、新产品;
61 Manage and monitor project progress, control project work/ cost/quality/communications/risk; 管理及监控项目进度，控制项目工作/成本/质量/沟通/风险:
61 Organize regular meeting with RD to communicate the issues or findings in manufacturing side. 组织与研发部的定期会议，沟通制造方面的问题或发现;
61 Provide the correct SOP, training, procedures and other related information or document to operators; 向操作人员提供正确的SOP、培训、程序和其他相关信息或文件;
61 Be responsible for the production process and the improvement of the method. 负责生产工艺流程、方法的改进
61 Provide advice to design engineers(RD) in product design, and help improve to reduce costs, improve quality and productivity; 为设计工程师(RD)提供产品设计方面的建议，帮助降低成本，提高质量和生产力;
61 Timely communicate with the corresponding staff to communicate related production process changes, design changes; 及时与相应人员沟通，沟通相关生产工艺变更、设计变更:
61 Improve ergonomics and improve production safety by analyzing current and proposed production processes; 通过分析当前和拟议的生产流程，改进人体工程学，提高生产安全,
61 Investigate and offer proposals of how to improve efficiency. 调查并提出如何提高效率的建议。
- Job Requirements/任职资格要求:
61 Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in, electro mechanics, electric automation, etc;教育背景:机电、电气自动化、电子等相关专业本科以上学历;
61 Experiences: More than 6 years working experiences as Engineer in manufacturing industry with more than 1 years in Project Management or NPI;
工作经验:6年以上制造业工程师工作经验，1年以上项目管理或新产品导入经验;
61 Professional Skills: Have a beginning or intermediate level of electronic engineer, can quickly read circuit diagrams, identify electronic circuit faults and give suggestions on how to fix; skillfully to use industrial instrument and familiar with MCU & PLC programming, installation and commissioning;
专业技能:具备初或中级电子工程师水准，能够快速识图，判断电子线路方面的故障以及给予如何修复的建议方案；熟练使用工业仪器并熟悉单片机及PLC编程,安装与调试；
61 Good English in listening, speaking, reading and writing;具备英语读写能力;如具备听说能力更佳；
61 Excellent communication skills; good technical knowledge and operational competence; 优秀的沟通能力;良好的技术知识和操作能力;
61 Able to adapt to business travel in the frequency of 1 week per month average.能够适应平均每月1周的出差频率。
