1. 与客户深入沟通，精准理解项目需求，特别是在超声波雷达、毫米波雷达和影像产品方面的技术要求。
Engage in in-depth communication with clients to accurately capture project requirements, especially technical specifications for ultrasonic radar, millimeter-wave radar, and imaging products.
2. 制定详细且可执行的项目计划，包括时间表、预算、资源分配和风险管理策略。
Develop comprehensive and executable project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
3. 主持项目启动会议，明确团队成员的职责分工和工作目标。
Lead project kick-off meetings to define roles, responsibilities, and objectives for team members.
团队领导与协调 / Team Leadership and Coordination
1. 领导跨职能团队，涵盖硬件开发、软件开发、测试验证和质量控制等部门。
Lead cross-functional teams, including hardware development, software development, testing, and quality control.

三、任职要求 / Qualifications
1. 本科及以上学历，车辆工程、电子信息、自动化或相关专业。
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Vehicle Engineering, Electronic Information, Automation, or related fields.
2. 3年以上汽车电子项目管理经验，有超声波雷达、毫米波雷达或影像产品项目经验者优先。
3+ years of project management experience in automotive electronics, with a preference for candidates with experience in ultrasonic radar, millimeter-wave radar, or imaging products.
3. 熟悉项目管理方法论（如敏捷开发、瀑布模型），具备出色的项目规划和执行能力。
Familiar with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and strong project planning and execution skills.
4. 优秀的沟通、协调和团队管理能力，能够高效领导跨部门团队。
Excellent communication, coordination, and team management skills, capable of leading cross-functional teams effectively.
5. 熟悉汽车电子相关技术和标准（如ISO 26262），具备较强的技术问题解决能力。
Familiar with automotive electronics technologies and standards (e.g., ISO 26262), with strong technical problem-solving skills.
6. 英语流利，能够与国际客户和合作伙伴进行无障碍沟通。
