This position requires a comprehensive approach covering aspects such as mechanical assembly, electronics and electrical engineering, and chemistry (adhesives), etc. It aims to ensure the efficiency, stability, and reliability of the production process. At the same time, the Process Engineer needs to solve technical problems in production and support the smooth mass production of products.________________________________________ 二、岗位职责 / Key Responsibilities 工艺设计与优化 / Process Design and Optimization 1. 负责传感器产品的机械组装工艺设计,包括工装夹具设计、装配流程优化等,确保组装精度和效率。 Design mechanical assembly processes for sensor products, including fixture design and assembly flow optimization, to ensure precision and efficiency. 2. 优化电子电气组装工艺,如PCB焊接、线束装配、电气测试等,确保电气连接的可靠性和一致性。 Optimize electronic and electrical assembly processes, such as PCB soldering, harness assembly, and electrical testing, to ensure reliability and consistency of electrical connections. 3. 设计和优化化工相关工艺(如胶水涂覆、固化工艺),确保胶水的粘接强度和环境适应性。 Design and optimize chemical-related processes (e.g., adhesive dispensing, curing) to ensure bonding strength and environmental adaptability. 4. 制定标准化作业流程(SOP),确保生产工艺的一致性和可追溯性。 Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and traceability of production processes. 技术支持与问题解决 / Technical Support and Problem Solving 1. 解决生产过程中的技术问题,如机械装配偏差、电气连接故障、胶水固化不良等。 Resolve technical issues in production, such as mechanical assembly deviations, electrical connection failures, and adhesive curing defects. 2. 分析生产数据(如良率、故障率),识别工艺改进机会,提出并实施改进方案。 Analyze production data (e.g., yield, defect rates) to identify process improvement opportunities and propose and implement solutions. 3. 支持新产品的试产工作,确保生产工艺满足设计要求并具备量产条件。 Support pilot production of new products, ensuring processes meet design requirements and are ready for mass production. 设备与工装管理 / Equipment and Tooling Management 1. 参与生产设备和工装夹具的选型、验收及调试,确保其满足工艺要求。 Participate in the selection, acceptance, and commissioning of production equipment and fixtures to ensure they meet process requirements. 2. 制定设备维护和校准计划,确保设备的稳定运行和工艺精度。 Develop equipment maintenance and calibration plans to ensure stable operation and process accuracy. 3. 优化设备参数设置,提高设备利用率和生产效率。 Optimize equipment parameter settings to improve utilization and production efficiency. 跨部门协作 / Cross-Functional Collaboration 1. 与研发、质量、生产等部门紧密合作,确保工艺设计与产品设计、质量标准的一致性。 Collaborate closely with R&D, quality, and production teams to ensure alignment between process design, product design, and quality standards. 2. 支持供应商的工艺能力评估,确保外协件符合生产工艺要求。 Support supplier process capability assessments to ensure outsourced components meet production process requirements. 文档编写与培训 / Documentation and Training 1. 编写工艺文件(如工艺流程图、控制计划、作业指导书),确保文件的准确性和完整性。 Prepare process documents (e.g., process flow charts, control plans, work instructions) to ensure accuracy and completeness. 2. 对生产人员进行工艺培训和指导,确保操作规范和质量要求得到落实。 Provide process training and guidance to production personnel to ensure compliance with operating standards and quality requirements. ________________________________________ 三、任职要求 / Qualifications 1. 本科及以上学历,机械工程、电子工程、化学工程或相关专业。 Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related fields. 2. 3年以上制造业工艺工程经验,有汽车电子或传感器产品制造经验者优先。 3+ years of process engineering experience in manufacturing, with preference for candidates experienced in automotive electronics or sensor products. 3. 熟悉机械组装、电子电气组装及化工工艺(如胶水应用),具备实际项目经验。 Familiar with mechanical assembly, electronic and electrical assembly, and chemical processes (e.g., adhesive applications), with practical project experience. 4. 熟练掌握工艺设计工具(如CAD、DFMEA、PFMEA)和数据分析工具(如Excel、Minitab)。 Proficient in process design tools (e.g., CAD, DFMEA, PFMEA) and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Minitab). 5. 具备较强的技术问题解决能力,能够独立分析和解决生产中的工艺问题。 Strong technical problem-solving skills, capable of independently analyzing and resolving process issues in production. 6. 良好的沟通和团队协作能力,能够与跨部门团队高效合作。 Excellent communication and teamwork skills, able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. 7. 英语能力良好,能够阅读和编写英文技术文档。 Good English proficiency, able to read and write technical documents in English. ________________________________________ 四、加分项 / Preferred Qualifications 1. 有汽车电子传感器制造经验。 Experience in manufacturing automotive sensors. 2. 熟悉自动化设备(如机器人、点胶机)的应用和优化。 Familiar with the application and optimization of automated equipment (e.g., robots, dispensing machines). 3. 了解ISO/TS 16949或IATF 16949质量管理体系。 Knowledge of ISO/TS 16949 or IATF 16949 quality management systems. 4. 有与国际汽车厂商或Tier 1供应商合作的经验。 Experience collaborating with international automotive manufacturers or Tier 1 suppliers.
