SHE:
-Deliver Safety KPI’s (recordable injuries, first aids, near misses, loss of containment, inspection overdue, incident investigation, actions, etc)

-Compliance with and promotion of local laws and regulations, INEOS Life Safety Rules, INEOS IGGN.
遵守和推广当地法律法规、英力士生命安全规则、英力士IGGN。
-Take part in the legal and compliance training that the position required and get certificate if it has.

-Has the obligation and responsibility to report and correct the unsafe behavior and unsafe condition that she/he observed.

Plant Integrity, reliability and Availability delivery:
-To perform/Support timely and high-quality trouble shooting to eliminate equipment defects at initial stage to ensure safe and reliable operation.
执行/支持高质量的现场仪表故障排除，并在初始阶段消除设备缺陷，确保安全可靠的运行。
-To Identify and feedback opportunities for PPM optimization, equipment reliability and maintenance effectiveness.
对仪表专业相关的PPM 优化、设备可靠性策略和维修效率提出合理好建议。
-To support RCA investigation and input related information, to assist reliability study for specific equipment.
支持RCA调查，协助特定仪表设备的可靠性分析。
Planning and work order process:
-To develop specific work order planning (work scheme, labors, spare parts and tools etc.) for assigned maintenance tasks; and follow work order process effectively and strictly from notification till completion of work with proper documentation of maintenance history and report, to ensure safety, efficient, quality and priority are met.
负责所维护区域仪表设备的故障诊断，并给出维修方案（包括工作步骤、人工时、备件和工具，配合工种等）;严格地遵循工单流程、质量控制计划；监督现场工作安全质量；并妥善记录维护历史和报告。
-To implement agreed daily, weekly and monthly schedule for assigned maintenance tasks, and supervise contractors to execute maintenance work by following INEOS requirement.
执行每日、每周和每月PPM任务，监督承包商按照PPM步骤执行；管理PPM记录，并及时跟踪PPM的发现项。
-To execute urgent work requests as assigned to ensure safe and reliable operations.
执行分配的紧急工作请求，以确保安全可靠的操作。
-Assist instrument MOC, implement MOC actions.
协助现场仪表改造工作，执行仪表改造工作中产生的行动项。
-In charge of SAP spare management. Create PRs to purchase spare accordingly.
负责SAP备件管理；及时建立PR购买非库存备件。
Contractor management
-To supervise contractor to perform instrument & valve equipment maintenance work safely.
监督承包商安全地进行仪表和阀门设备的维护工作。
-To supervise contractors to strictly follow QC/QA process and comply with INEOS
监督承包商严格遵守QC/QA流程
-Standard/regulatory requirement, and properly document/record related QC/QA for further analysis.
标准/法规要求，并正确记录/记录相关的 QC/QA 以供进一步分析。
-To support develop contractor individual competences to meet the job requirement.
支持发展承包商的个人能力以满足工作要求。
Required profile岗位要求
Educations:
-Bachelor or above degree, majored in Mechatronics / Instrument and Meter Engineering /Automation & Control Engineering/ Electrical Engineering, or equivalent discipline.
本科或以上学历，机电一体化，仪表工程、自动化控制、电气工程或相关专业
Experience :
-Requires at least 5 years of experience in automation engineering or automation maintenance/diagnosis.
需要至少 5 年的自动化工程或自动化维护/诊断经验。
-Has working experience and demonstrated strong understanding in instrument and control system equipment like RTD, transmitters, control valve, on/off valve, PLC, DCS, IP code, instrument application in hazard area.
有丰富的化工仪表维护经验，对仪表和控制系统设备（如RTD，变送器，控制阀，开/关阀，PLC，DCS，IP代码，危险区域的仪表应用）有深刻的理解。
-Skillful repairing technique and tools used on above instrument and control system equipment’s’ maintenance.
熟练的化工仪表维修技术和工具使用。
-Working knowledge and skill on maintenance system and process, like preventive and predictive maintenance, reliability centered maintenance, root cause failure analysis, equipment specific maintenance plan etc.
维护系统和流程的工作知识和技能，如预防性和预测性维护、以可靠性为中心的维护、根本原因故障分析、设备特定维护计划等。
-Familiar with SAP.
熟悉SAP系统。
