职位描述
Main Responsibilities:

1. Handle customer orders, create sales contracts, delivery notes, warehouse entry and exit registrations.
2. Create payment notices and Issue Invoices
3. Place orders to the German headquarter and arrange customs clearance
4. Handle warranty claims
5. Any kind of administrative office assistant tasks
6. Communication with German headquarter


Requirements:
1. Be a honest, kind and reliable person
2. Bachelor degree or above
3. Very good English skills for both reading and writing, speaking isn't a must.
4. Proficient in office software such Excel, etc.
5. Independent thinking and good problem solving skills are mandatory
6. Mature personality, able to manage and solve complicated situations
7. Work seriously, carefully and responsibly, pay attention to details, and be efficient (paying attention to details is a quality we value very much)
