一. Purpose The position is responsible for leading a QM team to support Dometic Zhuhai site focusing in the quality area, by supporting quality improvement approaches while creating innovative solutions. This position will have an opportunity to apply your quality knowledge in new and exciting way in quality performance of manufacturing process, deal with quality complaint and follow up the improvement, increase plant quality performance level. 二. Main Responsibilities Daily quality controlling & continual improvement: 1. Understand customer needs and requirements to develop effective quality control processes; External and internal Customer/Cross Function stakeholders Communication, quality incidents solve leadership and result oriented 2. External and internal customer warranty driven quality improvement leadership 3. Plant quality dept management, resource planning and utilization, motivation, coaching, such as to supervise inspectors, technicians and other staff and provide guidance and feedback 4. Plant quality activities planning, KPI management, product quality engineering analysis, quality improvement, etc.… 5. Building up the quality controlling system in engineering & manufacturing stage, controlling the in/out coming quality 6. Identify and address systemic root causes and errors; Build lessons learned into FMEAs (both Design and Process), and Control Plans 7. Maintain the focus until full implementation of corrective and improvement actions is accomplished 8. Encourage and develop a culture of high performance, professionalism, and continuous improvement. Quality System & Audits 1. Together With the Global Quality organization , lead the standardization of the quality processes and procedures 2. Define, deploy, maintain and audit the Dometic quality management system and improving programs 3. Attain/maintain required external certification (IS09000/TS16949, VDA, etc.) registration and required customer certifications 4. Coordinate and oversee audit plan Deployment of the Dometic APQP process 1. Foster design for quality, design for manufacturing, and design for assembly, and reliability thinking in product design process 2. Get involved in all advanced product quality planning procedures to ensure high product quality in mass production 3. New product quality planning, execution, collaboration with external/internal customer to ensure the new product launch successfully with good quality 三. Qualifications and Experience We believe that the ideal candidate has the following qualifications and experiences: 1. 10+ years Solid quality experience, assembly/box build/finished goods customer quality experience in a multinational corporation with manufacturing of automotive components is preferred 2. Solid experience in conducting management & solutions in TS16949 system, skilled in using tools like FMEA, APQP, 8D,6Sigma, SPC, MSA and so on 3. Familiar with the requirement of ESG systems (ISO14001, ISO45001, SA8000, Corporate Social Responsibility) 4. Rich Quality Experience, hands-on ability and multiple customer interface experience, team motivation and result-oriented 5. Good strategic skills as well as an awareness of the importance of constantly monitoring quality related metrics 6. Skilled in cooperating and communicating in matrix organization 7. Good quality passion, and positive mindset 8. Fluent English, especially oral communication with US/EMEA/AUS 四.
