Main Responsiblities: 1. Develop, source and buy materials and services from external suppliers and contractors. 2.Liaise, discuss and understand the needs of internal clients. Provide and lead timely sourcing and procurement support to meet clients’ operational requirements for service, quality and value at lowest possible total cost. 3.Provide clients with detailed supply market condition, trends and analyses that may affect suppliers, cost of goods, pricing and also with recommendation on supply solution. 4.Prepare and execute clear, structured negotiations with key suppliers. 5.Manage relationships with key strategic suppliers. 6.Supervise and manage a small team of procurement subordinates, and/or contract specialists for operational excellence and professional development. 7.Communicate and work with internal clients to ensure compliance with the procurement policies and procedures of the Company. 8.Develop commodity strategies and strong oversight with a focus on implementation to achieve exceptional results in cost reductions, quality, delivery and technology. 9.Lead and close contract negotiations while liaising closely with corporate legal team. 10.Provide equivalent support to other territories and projects as and when needed.
Requirement: 1.Bachelor degree or above. 2. Minimum 8 years experience in Purchasing or a related field. 3.Possess strong communication, influencing and problem solving skills; work with and seek cooperation from different parties within a sizeable organization. 4.Possess outstanding negotiation skills and commercial acumen. 5.Ability to communicate effectively utilizing English and Mandarin both in oral and written form; Cantonese speaking could be a plus.
