Role and Responsibilities:
The production supervisor is in charge of all the activities in production team which included:
1) 5S in the workshop;
2) Company rules and principle conducting.
3) team building and training in the workshop;
4) increase the production efficiency and the quality pass rate;
5) Safety in each production stage (safety risk assessment and no safety accidence);
6) Continue improvement mindset training to the team.
7) Basis analysis at each workstation hours and continues improve.
8) Process quality analysis at WIP. Reduce the repair working hours at the WIP.
9) cross-department communicate to solve problem.

Requirements:
1) 5 years at least work at workshop supervisor in mechanical or electrical equipment industrial, subordinate 20+.
2) proficient in electrical schematic, especially in E-PLAN drawing.
3) Familiar with the company cost and budget, know how to control the cost.
4) Orient driving, motivate the team to achieve the goal.
5) used to team building at the initial stage, good at the team work.
6) Familiar with the ERP and the material flow procedure.
7) Lean and continues improvement mindset.
8) Good at MS office.
