MAINLY DUTIES主要工作职责
1. Responsible for assisting production operation according to production plan requirements, maintaining continuous production of all regional production equipment, and completing on-time delivery
负责根据生产计划需求，协助生产正常运作，保持所有区域生产设备连续生产，完成准时交货。
2. Responsible for programming the equipment in different areas according to the processing requirements of the product, debugging the product fixture to meet the quality requirements of the product
负责根据产品的加工需求编写不同区域设备的程序、调试产品夹具，以到达产品的质量要求。
3. Solve the Problem of machine immediately in order to make production continues; repair the fixture which have problems; always coordinate with Maintenance technician to deal with some maintenance Job, present some Improvement Suggestion on initiative and check with supervisor or manager.
尽快解决生产设备出现的问题使生产线正常运转；修理生产线中有问题的工装夹具；配合维修技术员解决一些维修问题；主动提出改进方案并与主管或经理沟通
4. Preventive Maintenance the machine and fixture; Keep the area, tools and materials in the order to avoid the workers take self. Inform the manager when Measuring tools have problems
做好机器和工装夹具的预防保养；保持工作区域和工具的干净整齐摆放整齐，避免工人私自乱取；当有检具出现问题时要及时通知上级
5. Ensure the tooling and spare part consumption in good conditions, to analyze and improve the abnormal situation to reduce the cost
确保在生产过程中消耗品以及配件损坏的正常，分析以及改善异常情况以减少损耗
6. Responsible for improve the line and process with manager to get more productivity and better quality
在工作区域内负责配合主管和经理改进生产线和生产工艺以得到更高产能及质量
7. To execute the Task from supervisor and production manager.
执行生产主管和经理的工作安排
8. Have training the workers for the new workstation and correct any wrong doing of them.
对在工作站上的员工进行培训，纠正他们的错误行为。
9. Arrange the necessary test and samples to support engineering, quality and process departments.
跟进不同需求的测试和样品，以支持工程、质量和工艺部门。
10. Prepare and update documentation for production line: Process instruction,
准备和更新生产线的文件：工艺参数指导书；

SKILLS REQUIRED能力要求：
1. Familiar with Basic Machinery, Maintenance and Basic Electricity, know the Machining Equipment and can repair the Fixture or simple maintenance independent
熟悉机械基础、机械维修以及电工基础。对机加工设备有了解，能独立维修工装或简单的设备维修
2. Ability to work as a team and training the operator
有团队合作的能力，能培训操作员
3. With good communication skill and Implement
有良好的沟通能力以及执行能力
4. Can analyze the problem and solve the problem
对生产发生的问题有分析并解决的能力
5. Strong in Practical ability
有较强的现场动手能力，
6. Ability of communication with English is preferred
能用英文沟通优先
