I. Job Responsibilities 1. Conduct in-depth inspection of incoming raw materials and components to ensure strict compliance with quality standards and technical specifications. - Implement comprehensive sampling, inspection, and testing procedures for incoming materials, covering aspects such as appearance, dimensions, performance, and functionality. - Accurately document and report inspection results, providing detailed analysis and recommendations for quality improvement. 2. Lead and manage the incoming inspection team. - Provide technical guidance and training to team members to enhance their inspection skills and knowledge. - Monitor and evaluate team performance, ensuring efficient and accurate inspection operations. 3. Develop and optimize advanced incoming inspection methods and processes. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technological advancements in quality inspection. - Introduce innovative inspection techniques and tools to improve inspection efficiency and effectiveness. 4. Participate in cross-functional projects related to quality improvement and product development. - Provide expert advice and input on quality aspects during product design and development stages. - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of quality control throughout the supply chain.
II. Qualifications 1. Educational background: - Bachelor's degree or above in engineering, preferably in mechanical, electrical, or materials science. 2. Work experience: - At least 3 years of experience in incoming inspection or quality control in a manufacturing environment. - Experience in leading and managing inspection teams is highly desirable. 3. Professional skills: - Proficient in using advanced inspection tools and equipment, such as coordinate measuring machines (CMM), optical inspection systems, etc. - In-depth knowledge of quality management systems, such as ISO 9001, and relevant industry standards. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes of quality issues and implement effective solutions. 4. Soft skills: - Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to collaborate effectively with suppliers, internal departments, and senior management. - Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
