1. Qualify new supplier according to Maxcess procedures and business requirements.
2. Supervise and improve existed suppliers’ quality control system to ensure to meet Maxcess quality standard.
3. Raise CAR to suppliers for poor quality of materials and assist supplier to analysis the defects and get improvement from suppliers.
4. Communicate with production to solve the on-site quality issue and ensure the production line running smoothly.
5. Assist buyer to get replacement and compensation for the defective parts and manage the claims to suppliers.
6. Work with IQC to define the supplier incoming quality inspection standard according to internal and external customer requirements.
7. Develop the relationship internally and externally:
61 Supervise the quality incoming status (Daily)
61 Learn the daily quality feedback from shop floor (Daily)
61 Report the weekly supplier quality status and improvement status (Weekly)
Requirements：
1. Bachelor's degree related with engineering.
2. 5~8 years related manufacture experience with supplier quality experience in mechanical, Electronical, automation and related engineering discipline is required.
3. Familiar with ISO9000 quality system and quality method.
4. Be good at communication, expression and logical analyze, good profession morality, bearing high pressure, team player.
5. English reading&writing is requirement.
