Responsibilities: 1.Manage Pre-Award activities such as tender preparation, evaluation and recommendation. 2.Coordinate with legal team to prepare contract documents for agreement binding. 3.Manage contract deliverables including but not limited to Insurance Policies and Warranties etc.. 4.Take lead on Change Management process. 5.Manage payment issuance and accrual reporting. 6.Manage contract close out including but not limited to issuance of completion certificates and final account etc.. 7.Handle both Consultancy Agreements and Construction Contracts 8.Assist Directors and SCMs in managing the offshore development procurement office on daily operations.
Requirement: 1. Bachelor's degree or above, with over 8 years of relevant work experience; 2.Detailed knowledge and understanding of construction procurement processes with acute commercial awareness 3.Ability to work with cross-functional teams, ensuring awareness of project commercial and contractual constraints. 4.Co-ordinate members of both the commercial team, project team and consultants to ensure project specific tasks are undertaken timeously. 5. Good written and oral communication skills in English.
