我们正在寻找一位细心且富有责任心的会计加入我们的财务团队。作为团队的一员,您将负责珠海工厂的日常收付款处理、账目记录、发票管理以及人事档案管理等关键任务。此外,您还将协助财务总监收集海外子公司的会计报表,并参与基本的财务预算和分析工作。
主要职责:
61 负责珠海工厂的收付款操作及相应的账目记录。
61 管理增值税进项和销项发票,确保税务合规。
61 负责人事档案的维护、工资计算及发放。
61 收集并整理海外子公司的会计报表。
61 协助海外子公司进行预算编制和财务分析。
61 完成上级交办的其他财务相关工作。
职位要求:
61 拥有会计、财务或相关专业的大专以上学历。
61 具备3年以上会计或相关工作经验;对于能力优秀的应届毕业生,我们同样欢迎。
61 熟练使用会计软件和办公软件,如Excel、金蝶等。
61 英语能够作为书面工作语言,具备良好的读写能力。
61 具备出色的沟通和人际交往能力。

Job Description:
We are seeking a meticulous and responsible Accountant to join our finance team. As part of our team, you will be responsible for handling daily cash receipts and payments, accounting record-keeping, invoice processing, and personnel file management at our Zhuhai factory. Additionally, you will assist the Finance Director in collecting accounting statements from overseas subsidiaries and participate in basic financial budgeting and analysis.
Main Responsibilities:
61 Manage cash receipts and payments for the Zhuhai factory and maintain corresponding accounting records.
61 Handle the management of input and output VAT invoices to ensure tax compliance.
61 Oversee personnel file management, salary calculation, and distribution.
61 Collect and organize accounting statements from overseas subsidiaries.
61 Assist overseas subsidiaries with budget preparation and financial analysis.
61 Complete other financial tasks assigned by superiors.
Job Requirements:
61 A degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
61 At least 3 years of experience in accounting or related work; outstanding recent graduates will also be considered.
61 Proficiency in accounting software and office software such as Excel, Kingdee, etc.
61 English as a written working language with good reading and writing skills.
61 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
