Assist in providing overall office administrative support, which includes arranging meeting appointments, travel, logistics, reimbursements, Visa etc. 2. Filing of documents and setting up proper records and systems 3. Answering phone calls and receiving visitors in a professional manner 4. Handling daily letters and parcels, arranging couriers and dispatching outgoing mails 5. Ordering and managing stationery supplies, maintaining office facilities 6. Arranging different payment according to billing notes, process internal approval, set up new vendor for payment, and follow up to vendors 7. Assist chop issues, including prepare chop request forms, help with process after fully approved, scan and courier documents 8. Assist to organize and carry out annual meeting 9. Assist employee on board and exit 10. Providing all necessary administrative support as needed and other job responsibilities assigned by the supervisor Qualifications: 1. Bachelor degree or above 2. At least 4+ years relevant experience as secretary, preferably with working experience in multi-national company 3. Good command of verbal and written English(CET6) and Good computer skills 4. Good communication and interpersonal skills 5. Independent to handle the job in a timely manner and high working efficiency 6. Being meticulous, highly organized and have lots of initiative 7. High sense of responsibility, hardworking, honest, careful, patient, teamwork spirit
