Job Responsibilities:
1. To direct and manage full aspects of Production and Technical Engineering in the company and to ensure all practices are aligned with corporate & company policies, government and local regulations.
2. To provide development plan and implement of Production and Technical Engineering aspects, set up program and budget plan and cost controlling.
3. To strategize, develop, implement and manage Production and Technical Engineering
4. To manage, lead, coach, and develop the whole department, and ensure safety production.
5. To drive the improvement of Production and Technical Engineering function.
6. Ensure all production and Technical Engineering’s operation meet the group requirement, including but not limited PS, KPI etc...
7. Ensure compliance of the process flow, work instructions, employee handbook and regulations.
8. Perform other tasks as assigned, including but not limited to the above mentioned

Requirements:
1. At least 5 years work experience in the role of production or technical engineering or equivalent in manufacturing industry.
2. University degree in the field of Electrical or Mechanical or Industrial engineering.
3. Ability to communicate in English (both written and oral).
4. Good understanding of new product development process and knowledge of quality systems and tools (i.e. APQP/PPAP etc.)
5. Competent PC Skills on CAD, AutoCAD / Pro-Engineer is a plus;
6. Experience with GD&T and mechanical design (e.g. material selection) is a plus;
7. Team oriented with the ability to work independently and multitasking;
8. Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks;
9. Strong interpersonal skill.
