Job Description 1. Provide secretarial support, including itinerary, preparation of business reports, meeting minutes, reimbursement etc.; 2. Arrange and schedule meetings/appointments and coordinates company initiatives & activities on behalf of VP; 3. Developing and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues; 4. Support company events; 5. Handle company documents with care and ensuring they remain secure; 6. You may be required to undertake other duties from time to time as we may reasonably require.
Preferred Qualifications 1. Strong logic thinking, strong communication and understanding ability, patient and steady, meticulous and rigorous; 2. Excellent writing and communication skills in English and Mandarin; 3. Strong information management, ability to multi-task; 4. Self-motivated.
